Consent and Withdrawal of Consent
Where we rely on your consent to process your personal data — for example, to send you marketing communications by email, SMS or WhatsApp — that consent is given freely and can be withdrawn at any time.
You may withdraw your consent by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, replying STOP to a marketing message, or writing to us at namjewelsofficial@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before the withdrawal, and we may continue to send you transactional messages relating to your orders.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or for as long as the law requires:
- Order and transaction records (including invoices and tax records) — retained for the period required under applicable tax and company law, currently at least 8 years.
- Account information — retained for as long as your account remains active, and deleted on request unless we are required to keep it.
- Marketing preferences — retained until you withdraw consent, plus a short record of the withdrawal itself so that we can honour it.
- Customer support correspondence — retained for 3 years from the date of the last communication.
Where data is no longer required for any of the above purposes, it is deleted or anonymised.
