Refund policy

At Nam Jewels, we take great care to ensure that every piece reaches you in excellent condition. Due to the nature of jewellery products and for hygiene and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection by the customer.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at namjewelsofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product received
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the issue with the product

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange an exchange or replacement, as applicable.

Exchange Eligibility

Products will only be eligible for exchange in cases where an incorrect, damaged, or defective item has been delivered and the issue has been reported within the specified timeframe.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with their original packaging, tags, pouches, boxes, and accessories, wherever applicable.

Personalised & Customised Products

Personalised, customised, engraved, initial, birthstone, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error from our end.

Colour & Appearance

Slight variations in colour, finish, size, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or the nature of materials used. Such minor variations will not be considered defects.

Refunds

Nam Jewels generally does not offer refunds. In exceptional circumstances where a replacement cannot be provided and a refund is approved by our team, the customer will be informed regarding the applicable process and timeline.
