  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order. Receipt of an order confirmation email does not by itself constitute acceptance.
  • We accept prepaid payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available for your PIN code.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing, shipping and contact information.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the customer. We request you to review your cart, size, personalisation details and shipping information carefully before confirming your purchase.
  • Requests to change a delivery address before dispatch may be accommodated at our discretion, but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Nothing in this clause affects your rights in respect of products that are damaged, defective or incorrect, which are dealt with under our Returns & Exchange Policy.

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • The courts at Guwahati, Assam shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any remedy available to a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
