Shipping Policy
 
At Nam Jewels, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed couriers. Our shipping policy is designed to provide transparency and clarity
 for your convenience.
1. Shipping Locations
 We currently ship only within India. Orders placed from outside India will not be processed.
2. Shipping Charges
 - Standard Shipping: Free on all orders above 2000
- A flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable on orders below 
 - An additional ₹100 charge is applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, regardless of
 order value.
3. Order Processing Time
 All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
4. Delivery Time
 Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your
 location. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistical issues.
5. Order Tracking
 Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this
 tracking number to check the delivery status on the courier partner’s website.
6. Address Accuracy
 Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete. Nam
 Jewels will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Delivery Attempts
 Our courier partner will make up to 3 attempts to deliver the package. If the package is undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping will be done at the
 customer’s expense.
8. Packaging
 Every order is packed with utmost care and attention to ensure your jewelry reaches you in
 perfect condition. In case of any tampering or damage to the outer packaging, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately at namjewelsofficial@gmail.com.
9. Delayed or Lost Packages
 If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe or appears to be lost, please
 write to us at namjewelsofficial@gmail.com with your order number. We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and keep you informed.
